This week we sat down with our resident style expert-Paulcito Vitug. With 20 years of runway fashion knowledge, Mr. Vitug shared insights into the latest fashion jewelry trends that everyone’s favorite models are sporting.

#1: Bracelets

Vitug: Bracelets are one of the easiest accessories to add to an everyday wardrobe. Take Winnie Harlow. For every day, Winnie’s not real into wearings tons of jewelry. We see her layering up some thin necklaces sometimes, but on the whole, her look is really casual, real sporty. She goes for the minimum when it comes to jewelry and she looks stunning in it!

V: Rockin’ a professional look, on this recent Insta post, Harlow pairs several gold bracelets with a basic dark jacket and white dress shirt for a classic, clean ready-to-go look.

PJD: For a similar jewelry look, we suggest you try mixing-and-matching a few of Tacori’s gold bracelets with your business attire (or profesh look). #2: Earrings

Vitug: When it comes to fashion earrings, the bigger the better. Take a look at all your favorite models and you’ll see that none of them, I mean none, are afraid of wearing the biggest, boldest, most gleaming earrings they can find. Prime example number one: Emily Ratajkowski.

I don’t know about you, but she is definitely my role model. She’s gorgeous, she looks great in anything, but isn’t afraid of wearing absolutely nothing. Hahaha.

V: We went with one of Emily’s more demure looks here (she’s dressed!), but even still she looks wonderful as always. Always in fashion, hoop earrings have made a giant comeback in the world of fashion. I mean, we just can’t seem to stop talking about them. Functional, as well as chic, what’s so great about hoop style earrings is you can pair them with absolutely anything!

PJD: Our PJD pick goes to the charming pieces by Elle. Elle’s line of hoop earrings in particular are definitely ones to covet. Inspired by the Parisian lifestyle, Elle earrings are made in both classic, plain hoops and made featuring many unique contemporary designs.

PJD: From the Eternity and Must Have lines, for women who might not want hoops as large as Emily’s, the above pieces by Elle offer the perfect size for the modern gal who still wants a bit of runway glam to her look.

#3:Necklaces

V: I can’t’ say this enough. Every woman needs a diamond necklace added to their wardrobe. No ifs, ands, or buts, about it, diamond or gemstone necklaces are essential to any fashionista’s jewelry box! Adding a simple pendant with a pop of color can do a lot for a woman’s wardrobe. Conversely, a diamond-covered necklace is still the go-to method of being the most elegant woman at any high-end event.

V: And talk about fashion icons, hoo boy, my girl Gigi Hadid knows how to look absolutely stellar in any look! In this pic, she is actually letting the fashion ring be the center point of her whole ensemble, but that necklace’s distinct color is a subtle way of adding another level of fashion brilliance to her outfit and really helps bring out her eyes.

PJD: For a similar pop of color, from Doves by Doron’s Paloma London Blue and Amazonite lines offer fashion jewelry fans a pretty array of fun, flirty, and fascinating diamond and gemstone necklaces. Exquisitely built, any one of Doves necklaces are not only beautiful to wear but are made featuring the most captivating stones available.

#4: Fashion Rings

V: Nothing says drama like a big-ass ring, am I right? Fashion rings on the runways and off are being stacked and stacked and stacked. There is no going wrong with this look. Fashion rings are the perfect opportunity for women of taste to try something a little different than they are used to in their everyday wardrobe and work it!

V: Now, here we’ve got Bella doing what she does best, leading the way in sophisticated fashions. Looking like a real prima ballerina, she’s wearing multiple diamond and gold rings of similar styles. While it’s a lovely look, I really like a more daring look and would add one or two big gemstone fashion rings to really highlight her look.

PJD: If you are going for a look like Bella’s than Parade is the way to go. Their inventive use of metal and stones allows for the most perfectly created fashion rings any woman could want. Pieces such as these featured above from their Reverie collection have that same vintage-charm but with distinctive designs.
